Ur boss should have already informed/ going to inform your PG soon. As for actual PB quantum, need to wait for the letter to be out on HRP. prob in mid Mar

Usually within the 1st 3 weeks of March they will inform. So still got time. Even if within your department/workplace/school, some get informed, doesn't mean all get informed on the same day.

Been through many years so I know. Just be patient haha. But if by 4th week no news, then ya one more year of grinding for you

Are performance grade and promotion usually announced together or separately?

For context, my supervisor told me my performance grade today but she didn't say anything about a promotio (last year, she said I had a shot at getting promoted).

In my second year and was just informed by my RO that I got a C+. Is that a bad grade? Feel very dejected because I worked so hard the whole year. Feel like resigning now...
