Meaning mid year 0.45 (mid year) + 1.15 (year end); presumably end of year is 1.15 month?

I mean i am in the civil service for about 8 years already, so far i have never seen anything more than 1.1 ... at least for the past 8 years that i am in the service. Though of course if it can be more, why not? i am not picky.

fresh grad deciding between 2 offers from diff ministries, diff job scope.

1. 1 yr contract. able to extend depending on perf within 1st 6 months.
2. 2-3 yr contract. likely no emplacement unless someone in the dpt leaves.

say if I take on the 2-3yr contract would there be any chance for promotion etc within that period?
is promotion likelier if I complete the 1 yr contract and get offered to renew?

lol…seems like u r of a lower rank….ministries have ranking…..it is unspoken fact….look at our current PM..which ministry he went before becoming PM…..pls continue doing your admin work
