If you are merely working all year, getting your monthly salary alone is what you deserve. This is a PERFORMANCE BONUS which means you get rewarded for work based on the QUALITY of your work output. If you get C-, it means your work is ranked between “good and below average”.

C for MX12, 1.67 months. I heard that C is about 1.5 months. Is this due to further ranking among C or just that it differs among ministries?
