I doubt everyone's PB will be that high...it depends on the Ministry or agency you're in...

Private sector, foreign banks pay much higher bonuses, more than 6 months is not uncommon. Not talking about smes of course.

And private sector base salary are easily 30% higher than civil service. Not sure what the Pte sector ppl are complaining abt?

it depends on your seniority..
for mx11a and above, a C is 2 months PB in most Agencies on general scheme (exclude special scheme like GT)

My point is not everyone easily get 5 months. Or is MX11a and above scheme. Don’t assume. The people who complained maybe are those lower grades?
