Bro, you first day know gov one ah? They at first offer you high salary and promote you fast. Once you stuck in the system mid 30s and you got no transferable skills they will slow your promotion down cos they know you’re stuck there.

When boss likes u, anything is possible.. But once boss changes, new boss may not like you and there is where u will be stuck.. Anyway i'm already 38 earning $5k only, but happy la, just do what boss say, no aspiration for promotion or taking higher post.. Just stay there queitly until retire.. Haha
