you have to be around by 30 april to be eligible to keep all the pb, else no pb

I asked that qns to my higher ups and they said that as long as my last day is on 30th april, i can get all of my pb

Thanks ! if use leave to offset and leave earlier than 30 Apr, still can get full pb?
