Guys what are components for CS salary in Dec?

Normal salary + 13th month + 0.5-1 month AVC

Asking because I came across this:

"All civil servants will also get the Non-Pensionable Annual Allowance of one month, to be paid in December together with the AVC."

Does this "non-Pensionable Annual Allowance of one month" referring to the 13th mth bonus?

2009 there was zero year-end bonus. instead there was lump sum $750 given.

Who ask you spend your money before you get it?! Never count your chicks before they hatch. If the economy shrinkage is larger than 2009 then they will not only not give bonus. They will probably CLAW BACK your pay!! See!

My friend working at Changi HQ overheard despite Q4 growth, they are gonna give 1mth + 13th mth. Election confirm to be next year. She also heard this is the last chance for them to buy civil servant votes.

At current growth climate, 1 month far fetch and PAP will lose votes. They may factor more PB next year to entice votes from civil servants.

While I think 1mth is impossible, I also think that punishing the civil servants will not cause an opposition supporter to convert to voting PAP. Instead, punishing the civil servants will only make some in the service vote opposition.

Whatever the PAP does, opposition supporters will take it negatively. So it's pointless to sacrifice civil servants in a bid to win opposition votes. As politicians, the PAP should know that too well.

Likely gonna be between 0.2 to 0.3 this year considering the economy. Anything More than 0.3 will be a shock.
