Singhealth. Last year SI was 2.6% + $50, this year was bumped up to 3% + $70.

nuhs last year fixed quantum was min $90, this year $100.

For singhealth, all JG gets the same SI, the SI only differs for the different performance grade. Bonus also the same for all JG, better performance grade gets better bonus.

I always thought nuhs offers higher pay, at least that was what my colleague spouse mentioned. Said person working in nuhs now. A few years back during the AHP engagement session, was also told them singhealth offers a lower starting salary among the 3 clusters. Hearsay NHG pay is the highest among the 3 clusters.

Majority of staff to get 3% +$70 annual increment
