Ask for 200 more.

Need to take into account your current bonus and increment.

FYI healthcare only 2.5 months PB for B graders. Yearly increment only $100 plus.

Yeah I saw that earlier on in this forum here that PB is only 2.5 months. I told that to the recruiter but she assured me that NUH HR told her that average performers guaranteed get 3 months. Is she just saying whatever it take to close the deal?

How old are you? I regret sticking in PHI for too long, I should have jumped but I was too fearful

Now i feel stuck because its difficult to step out into private or other industries and i dont have the skillset required by private firms. I have since left my job from burnout and gave no idea what i should look into next.

So you just recently left Singhealth and have not found a job yet? You got promoted so fast, not like me. I never got promoted no matter how hard I worked, at least when you apply for other position, the recruiter will see the word "AM" on your resume, whereas I am still stuck with the word "exec" on my resume.

When I go for interviews, the interviewer will sure see that I never got promoted despite 9 years in that organization.

I don't have much choices. Private life is worse and I'm a AHP. If I joined other hospitals, private or public, high chance I have to do shift work which at my current place, I don't have to. Not very keen to do shift work.

When I first joined my PHI, HR only offered me based on my last drawn salary. So my salary was really low to begin with.

Moral of the story is.. Never ever study anything related to healthcare or join healthcare industry, pay is so bad, it doesn't account for the yearly inflation.

Singhealth bonus is 2.5 months (thereabout depending on the institutions)!. A Grade is 3.25 months. Nuhs is 3 months for B grade. Can confirm this is correct cos I'm working in singhealth and my colleague spouse is from nuhs. However I was told that nuhs increment is lower, hence they make up with the higher bonus, not too sure about this info, have to check with my colleague spouse.

I second this, for the amount of work and the needed knowledge. The salary remuneration is horrendous. I wouldnt encourage anyone to enter the healthcare industry. It is a mockery.

Exactly, we have to be very focused at all times cos any mistakes made is detrimental. Quite a number of us have at least a Masters, but remuneration is so so bad.
