Nurses form the backbone of the hospitals, then how about AHP, cleaners etc?? So unfair to the rest of us.. Nurses get bonuses during nurses day, what do AHP get during AHP day, backpack, tupperware, cutlery.. LOL

MOH really rubbish. All the AHP, admins never get anything. It is like whole healthcare sector only doc and nurses.

Exactly.. Nurses already gotten 2 salary adjustments, and 2 retention package in 2022 and 2023.. Whereas AHP only got 1 pathetic salary adjustment last year... And most of us only got like 5% salary adjustment.

when u have a mic hogger as your minister, naturally he will only wanna do things that are popular with the public such as throwing money at nurses.

allied health lost equally as much manpower too yet nth is down to retain them. are u saying speech therapist is not important.

the recent money throwing to the nurses while fair is really a big slap to all other job groups in the hospitals.
