My salary only increase by a pathetic $1500 since the day I joined 8 years ago, inclusive of 2 salary adjustments.

nuhs?

nhg is paying 300 on top the 350 to help with inflation

also 2.5% to 3.5% + 40 for non medical staff ... hope my cluster don't go fixed quantum like nuhs

people use to say nuhs has to best compensation, seems like the lousiest now

singhealth.. past few years special payout is $550, but this time round there is extra $350 to help with inflation.

yea nuhs used to have the best compensation. since nuhs is the first to go fixed quantum, i'm worried other cluster will follow suit since typically all clusters have very similar compensation structure. :(

B performer is 2.6% + $50, A performer is 3% + $50, they adjusted the % slightly higher this year.

wonder why nuhs cut so much this year, is it a because healthcare expenses are increasing and a cut has to come from somewhere.

my senior colleagues mentioned that singhealth special payout used to be $1K, but that was probably 10 years ago..
