Yes, we all understand that some saga happened previously.

But currently, if you compare the compensation and worklife balance of most average employees in this organisation, to other ministries and stat boards, isn't life already pretty good?

they're only fixated on whats unfair to them.

others got B, they got C+ ... unfair

i didn't get promoted every year? ... unfair

govtech apparently got a lot of these "tech for my own good" kind of individuals.
