it's not just govtech, my frens in other companies also saying a bit depressing cos ppl keep leaving. Now there seems to be alot of job changes going on even after a few months.

So is it better for a TAPper to stay in GT for longer period like 4~5 years since still on implicit fast track even after 2 years?

should be well compensated. Focus on getting in. Try chatting up with some of the OGP folks inside via various channels to find out more.
