Juniors leave then next year they do adjustment for juniors only then G and above make noise and leave then they do the adjustment for them only then the cycle continues. Recursion with no base case.

Ithink why ppl r so enraged now is that we nv knew MDR was linked to which grade you were in. We were told that onlu job role and performance ratings were relevant factors
