6k is more AM level.

In that case, will a high 6 near to 7k be of a manager position?

Most managers >8k, maybe recent promoted are lower, AM max is already 7k+

If the job portal indicates under status "reviewing all
jobb applications", the status has been there for several weeks now.

How long more to wait? Please advise if possible. No updates for a long time.

If we're to ask for 7.5k for new hired as manager, would it seem reasonable?

Depends. If you are non-mgt now and moving upwards to mgr 7.5k is ok, if lateral move at the same level then 7.5k is too low. I believe their middle managers are mostly 9-10k range.
