Got offered sr programmer analyst role, 9.5K. Is it a good offer? I hv 10+ years experience btw.

Not saying it’s bad, but definitely not impressive. At age 32/33 (assuming male with NS), some degree holders are already in a managerial position (VP in the banking industry) drawing >9k/10k

How much is the incremental and bonus pa respectively in Citi?

any one has any idea if it is easy to do internal transfer/hiring in Citibank to another dept? If I join the company doing settlements, is it easy to move to other functions such as risk or treasury in the future? or would it be better for me to join other banks under contract role for risk/treasury?
