It is a well known industry practise that referral gives you priority to a job offer. To not even be called up for an interview shows the lack of professionalism by the company.

Seen cases of people being referred but rejected after taking a look at the CV.

Keep skilling up and increase your market value. Job interview is a two way street, you have every right to judge and choose to join or reject them, just as they have the right to extend an offer to you or not.

I remember when i apply to other jobs, another stat board emailed MAS HR for this, they got ignored also. It's because the scheme is too different, so there's no point in replying.
