srsly f up beyond words
 
ranking high but inside ugly power hungry ppl, territorial driven across all dept trying to control beyond. unstructured n messy place, ugly advertisement n blding style everywhere, boring looking pl with no escalator n must walk far from blding to next. everyone there have agenda n work in silo waiting to pounce on u. definitely not worth coming unless u like to do 4pax job n no staff under a high rank. mgmt doesnt appreciates if u work hard. weird hiring practice.. some do less n survive due to favouritsm. traditional thinking pl. not funded by gov so ur dept cannot last unless gt charity help u. doubt new p can clean up unstructured pl overnight ? deep-rooted terok culture.. rare n few kind souls.

pb not as high as other bigger mncs for sure. its ard 1 mth?
and a long wait till july then get paid
