Just to share my salary when I was in an economic SB, with 1 year working exp, 2nd upper from NUS (no NS):

2013 - $3250 (I think if fresh grad the pay is $3200)
2014 - ~$3500 (salary increment + salary adjustment)
2015 - $3650
2016 - $4040 (promoted to AM)
2017 - $4200

- Yearly increment for avg performer is ~3-4%. Base salary and increment seem very little but the bonus is quite good with C grade getting 3.5 - 4.5 months. Excluding 13th month and also a performance incentive (usually <1 month in Dec). My total annual package is about 18 months.
- If you get promoted by grade and/or title, salary jumps ~10%. If only promoted by title, only ~5-6%. So people would rather get promoted by grade and not title
