hard to say, IMDA is the merger of part of IDA and MDA, so a LOT changes and internal re-org still going on.

GovTech on the other hand is actually the majority of the old IDA so things (or at least function and culture) remain largely the old IDA way. But since it is now part of PMO instead of MCI, and the whole Smart Nation thing is receiving a lot of pressure, they can be quite busy compared to the old days.

Not a bad place to start your first job, but need to think carefully about your exit options. If you want to move into industry, then certain jobs in public sector won't help that much.
