1PQE at a small firm, drawing 4.5k. ^ This honesty is a breath of fresh air. Some commentators in this forum present a rather rosy and altogether misleading picture in terms of present day pay packages. This does more harm than good, especially for juniors lawyers turning to this forum in order to find guidance on future career progression and/or renegotiating pay packages.
