1. Salary is too low compare to average of software engineer/programmer. My increment is 100 SGD a year @.@. Bonus is < 1 month even though our team make lot of profit.
2. The working hours are longer than other company with bad management as well.
3. Worst thing is so many good people left after 1,2 years. Bad people stick around for as long as possible as it is hard to fire bad people in NCS. Manager is also helplessly incompetent. You don't want to be surrounded be incompetent and lazy people right?

Switched company and got huge jump in basic salary.
