1) most likely yes. and even if they give u the best rank available, most likely u will start @ MX12, which has a pay range of 4k to 5.5k

MOE teacher. but they cant match your pay n the stress is 5 to 10 times worse, bcos u will be setting n marking assignments / exams for 100 students
