1) most likely yes. and even if they give u the best rank available, most likely u will start @ MX12, which has a pay range of 4k to 5.5k
2) MOE teacher. but they cant match your pay n the stress is 5 to 10 times worse, bcos u will be setting n marking assignments / exams for 100 students

Hi all just curious has the increment for fresh grad engineers entering the public sector been implemented?
I'm graduating next year with a second upper degree in civil engineering, wondering what starting pay should i expect from LTA or BCA?

quick question for diplo holder, currently doing part time degree at uni-sim join as mx 14, is HR going to adjust my salary after I grad from uni-sim with a degree??

In my stat board, it's a no. Zero pay adjustment or cep adjustment. U take on ur own one, also not they send u to take.

I'm a graduate from Ntu mechanical First class, currently drawing 3.1k with 4 months into my first job... is this pay be low average? And can I still jump to civil now? Someone please help me!
