typically 12month + aws (13th mon) + 3 months bonus (for average performer)
better than average performer get around 4 months bonus and the best performer can get up to 6 months.

IDA staff, even those who claim to be tech savvy, actually can't survive a real technical job outside. maybe they can when they first come, but the environment doesn't really encourage or facilitate improvements on technical capability. eventually one either accept the "project manager" career, or go for management, or strategy. there's no real technical job within
IDA, all real techy part done through throwing tender, or call challenge and grant.
