HDB is selling their flats does not determine how much your firm will earn. architecture offices tender their fees through Gebiz. Probably the lowest tender fee will get the job, but they will also consider the track records of the office. The fees are NOT based on
HDB's selling price, but a percentage of the construction cost.

HDB projects are opened for tender to the public. No longer only by Surbana
