how many years working experience do you have? I dun see how you can earn $260000k a year. are you refering to the fees your company collected from Gov?
How much HDB is selling their flats does not determine how much your firm will earn. architecture offices tender their fees through Gebiz. Probably the lowest tender fee will get the job, but they will also consider the track records of the office. The fees are NOT based on HDB's selling price, but a percentage of the construction cost.
Now HDB projects are opened for tender to the public. No longer only by Surbana

salary for architect with 9 yrs experience
Hello all.
I stumbled upon this site while exploring the possibility of working in Singapore.
I'm an expat architect currently working in Dubai and have 9 yrs experience.
I was wondering what kind of salary i can expect.
Hope you guys can help me out.

I am too tired to remember how much I am paid.
For the guys getting 2-3K, change jobs. Seems to be the only way to get a raise in this industry.
