Generally speaking 3rd class honours is more or less kiss MNC/banking and public sector goodbye as your first job.

Having said that a 3rd class honours from local u will still be looked upon better or at least same as a FCH from private u. It should still be useful for job searching at the smaller GLC and SME space.

After that is see how good you are at work.
