29 year old, nus grad. i was working in a sweatshop call centre before i quit. 7 months of hell. KNN manager shouting at you to pick up phone calls. one day 50 calls. My brain almost burst that time but i thought about my parents and siblings and I tried to tahan. ****ing burnt out liao. no wonder the turnover so bloody high. after I quit, 3 more people follow suit. LOL!!!
