that is only possible if ur comparing positions from orgs that are roughly same size, otherwise wont work. for e.g. if ur 4 steps fr google ceo is very different from 4 steps fr starhub ceo as the starhub ceo himself is equal to 4 steps from google ceo.
same thing with public sector. if ur 3 steps from perm sec of
mindef is ard MX8, but 3 steps from a smaller stat board ce like
ncss is only MX11
