Frankly lah.... COEs cost about 50k +/- for a 10 year purchase ... Which to some is a big deal. But if you put that in the context of a 300k HH annual income and property purchase of 1.5m to 2m, it is no big deal lah....

No big deal does not mean I am advocating a buy... It means I am saying it is a relatively minor decision in the grand scheme of annual incomes, total wealth and etc. so don't get your armpits sweaty lah over this kind of thing......LOL
