Just took up a L&D exe position in mnc, its an admin position and i wonder if there is any progression? Will just be handling scheduling of training programs for employees and trainers, managing calender report, ,claiming grants etc. I have alr signed the contract and jus found out from one of the replies that hr admin lookalike positions should be avoided.
