just got an offer from a uk mnc in the engineering industry. very disappointing since it is a talent acquisition specialist job was expecting at least 5k, but they only offer 3.5k which is only 14% higher than what im getting now. considering i have 4 years exp in hr generalist job, should i ask for more? i think co. should pay for the job as specialist and not try to undercut candidates just because my current pay is low.
