This is bad. People are rushing in to buy in anticipation of the next drought. The drought is expected to be more severe than previous round since
LTA already said near Zero growth rate while the population is still growing.
After the election, the claw back will take place for sure. Time to pop the champagne and watch
COE zoom past $100k!
