********. Even after you receive your bonus letter, your company has every right to not disimburse bonus payment to your account. This is entirely up to the company's discretion. This part of the legislation is not governed nor protected by ministry of manpower. Unless the company has go back on its words of not compensating you your monthly salary, allowances, or shortchange you, the variable bonus portion is not covered at all by the ministry.
