I don't wanna sound too desperate here, but actually if you've been rejected in MOE interview before, what're the chances that MOE will call you up for an interview again?

I understand that there must be a 6-month period in between before you can re-apply, but after re-applying, will they just ignore your application (due to whichever reason that you got rejected the previous time)?
