sounds fair enough. I work in an affiliate organization to one of the statutory board and the package is usually 12 +1(aws) +3(bonus), so your package translates to 3k/months which is about right for bachelor with 2 years exp in my organization. fresh phd gets package ~60-65k/annum here.
