I thought the common case was to stay at MX12 for 3 - 4 years instead. Hence this group of officers (almost becoming MX11 but need 1 more year) are the ones who'll suffer the most; double blow.
Salary increment aside, why was the bonus amendment only applicable to MX11 - 8? Why not across the board?
