Personally feel that's just a nice way to get cheap degree graduates - enticing them with the prospect of climbing up the corporate ladder.
Unless they invest heavily on you (i.e. sponsor your grad studies), they are not obliged to keep to their word of "grooming" you to fill up middle and senior management level. In fact, if you scrutinise the programme, in no instance did they say that people on this program will be fast-tracked to middle and senior management position. In any normal organisation, EVERYONE will be groomed for middle to senior management positition isn't it? The differing factor of the equation is how fast?
