Operations gets about 2.5 - 3 months. Front / middle office gets 3 - 6 months. I got ~5 months a few years back. Leave also not bad 24 days can carry over 1 year so up to 48 days. Work late past 7 pm can claim $15 makan money, after 8pm claim $20. Quarterly got free dinner (usually cheap fast food) from bank.


China Construction Bank Singapore office is quite small compared to BOC or ICBC which has quite large branches. Not to sure about their benefits but another small branch Agricultural Bank of China has very good benefits.
