I suggest you don't waste money take
CAAS paper. unless you want to become certified technician in SIAEC (which you should take CAT A paper) or go ST aero to be LAE (which I don't know after you grad still got slot for you)
As a diploma holder you can no longer become an LAE in SIAEC. You may want to go uni then decide wan to take
CAAS paper or not.
