That's not true.
My colleague has 2 cars but the condo only allows him to park 1 in the condo. He has to park the other 1 car elsewhere along the street. He wasn't even allowed to buy another 1 lots.
On the contrary, my household also has 2 cars and all 2 are parked in the MSCP nearby.
