3. Facilities - You can enjoy the gym, pool, clubhouse, etc. and walk/ jog in the park around the condo.

4. Prestige and higher social status - It is an affirmation of your success, all your hard work since young in school to your working life has paid off. Friends, colleagues and relatives will respect and look up to you and you will always be the role model of success for your younger relatives and colleagues.
