The same argument can be made for a vice principal and principal in a school.
Then there's also the side to the impact of the work. A finance ministry director can claim his work is much more impactful than a cultural director or even an
MOE director. That said, a poly school director is only responsible for a minuscule segment of the entire country. Definitely not as impactful.
