I am a first class honors in econs from a local uni. I'd like to join MAS as an entry level economist. Can someone familiar with the industry give me a rough idea how much can I expect as a starting salary and also my chance of getting into MAS?

I'd like to study for a masters programme too. Do MAS has a policy of sending graduates for masters education? I want to stay with MAS, don't mind the bond at all. Just want to know if they have this policy. I can't seemed to find any information on this.
