Its fine to discuss about salaries here to gauge how poly staff are remunerated and at least we know we are not alone but those who keeps complaining of not being paid enough or better mu question is whats stopping you???! Go out and get that other job which will pay you higher and with better work environment... Or you are just wishing for all the goodies but no hard work? Get a life!
