MOE exactly. In general, it depends on how HR calculate your past exp as relevant or not. If lucky, count full 7 yrs worth of increment + start. If unlucky, start all over again from fresh. Most likely, it would in-between. With no
NS, I guess 3 yrs of increment + starting pay. With
NS, 2 + 3 + start. As rule of thumb, I think ~150 per yr.
