There is only one person out of line in this forum. If you look in the other threads, he's there spamming his usual line of "buy jurong leasehold landed". Spammers need to be put down straightaway, otherwise they think it's ok, and once you let the rot start, the whole ship goes down.
Other than that, this thread (which was started by me, i just find it a chore to log in) has been full of useful information and healthy discussion. Kudos to those e.g. Zhang etc who truly believe in sharing their knowledge unselfishly with others.
