Two things:

- make sure that you are very clear about why you think you have strong performance in T&L. Not necessarily doubting you (I don't even know you), but just a reminder to ensure that your glowing self-evaluation is grounded in strong content, pedagogy and assessment.

- keep the comments about other teachers to yourself. Not everyone can take such comments well, especially coming from a young, fresh teacher. And some of these people could have a say in your performance appraisal and promotion recommendations.
