Went for 4 rounds of interview and just finished the final round with SMT on Monday. Was for an entry role and was very taken aback.... at the multiple panels and essays to be written. Thought I had it in the bag already since it was SMT already. Last round was the toughest and really thought it was challenging compared to the other rounds but didn't went too terribly but ended early.

HR said will get back very soon but no replies. Was a bit demoralised as the rest of the rounds moved very quickly eg., was called up within the same day. Thought I was a good fit...

Did I mess up with the last round that SMT refused to sign me off? Not sure if I should go and pester HR for an answer. My referee was not called up as well... Traumatized
